• Comply with Recharge Homes policies and all applicable laws.
• Promote and share this Code with peers.
• Report concerns or potential breaches to your manager.
• Protect the reputation of Recharge Homes at all times.
FAIR TRADING AND ANTI-BRIBERY
• Engage openly and honestly with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Comply with customer project, safety, and information requirements.
• Avoid coercion, unfair tactics, or undue pressure in dealings.
• Maintain integrity in interactions with competitors.
• Do not offer, accept, or request bribes, kickbacks, secret commissions, or illegal payments.
• Avoid discussing or agreeing on pricing or discounts with competitors
